Book a Farm Walk
Beckworth Retreat is a working farm just 20' north of Ballarat. We have Lowline Cows with calves and Aust White sheep with lambs and usually have some orphans on bottles or at least have been so love having a cuddle!
Book for your family/friends to have an experience walking on our farm with Bradley and Barbara who are 5th generation on the property. Learn about Regenerative Farming, local Geology, our Paddock to Plate business and the stories of the first generation arriving from Ireland.
Usually a walk will last for 1.5 hours and then you are free to explore the area around Clunes - let us know what interests you and we can help with wineries, cafes, picnics in Mt Beckworth.
Cost is $165 inc gst with a maximum of 10 persons. Payment can be made with EFTPOS over the phone or bank transfer when you book.
BRING GUMBOOTS FOR CHILDREN (although we do have some AND we have various adult sizes - better for our biosecurity and keeping your shoes clean!).
Please note that parts of the walk will be on uneven and sometimes relatively steep ground.
